WPO Madrid Fiesta Programme

After such a long time without seeing each other in person, we are very much looking forward to catching up with you again at the poker table... and away from it too!

All extra-poker activities at the WPO Madrid will be free, and will take place at the Gran Casino Madrid Torrelodones, with the exception of the padel tournament. Registration for these activities will open two hours before the event and will be carried out directly on site with the Winamax staff.

Saturday 7^th May: launch party

An excellent reason to arrive at the beginning of the festival! The first coin-flip, the first bounce at beer-pong... and the first drink, of course.

Wednesday 11^th May (morning): Padel tournament

It's impossible to visit Spain without trying one of its major sports, of which Adrian Mateos and coach Stéphane Matheu are fervent practitioners. Especially since the courts are close to the casino. Are you bad at tennis? Don't worry: its little brother, padel, is more affordable, more dynamic and above all, much more fun!

Wednesday 11^th May (evening): blind test evening

There will be three rounds: Hispanic music, French music and international music, so everyone should be able to get at least one correct answer.

Friday 13^th May (afternoon): Team Winamax Master Class

Get your notebook, pencils and questions ready: Adrian Mateos and Leo Margets are waiting for you for a high-quality poker workshop. It's also an opportunity to brush up on your Spanish!

Friday 13^th May: Friday the 13th (evening)

We couldn't choose, so we're preparing two themes for the price of one: luck (or the lack of it), and fear. Brr.

Saturday 14^th May: Bongo Loco (evening)

What is Bongo Loco? Nothing less than our own version of the good old lottery. But beware: a lottery of the over-excited, delirious, even deliciously brain-dead kind. We’re even bringing the legendary Philippe Maurice especially from Bordeaux. He is the funniest, craziest, and best Lotto host in the world (and he’s bilingual!).

Sunday 15^th May: an afternoon with Team W

The Team Winamax pros are also going to be in attendance! And you've got all afternoon to face them in heads-up, ask them questions, pose for a selfie, or even ask them to marry you (N.B.: regarding this last point, they don't have to say "yes".)
