150% Refund on your Losing Bets

With your first deposit at Winamax, we will add up all your bets (limited to the amount of your deposit and up to €100) and refund you in Freebets 150% of your losing bets, with a maximum of €150 of Freebets.

• How it works: once you have made your first deposit at Winamax, we will add up all your placed bets (limited to the amount of your deposit and up to €100) and refund you in Freebets 150% of the losing bets, with a maximum of €150 of Freebets.
• Eligible sports: all sports are eligible; you can bet on the competition of your choice.
• Minimum fee: no minimum fee.
• Betting eligibility condition: only bets placed within 30 days of your deposit will be taken into account. In addition, the result of the bets must be known within 30 days of your deposit.
• When Freebets are credited: 2 hours.
• For example: after your first deposit at Winamax, you place five €20 bets, and you win 3 bets and lose 2. As you have deposited €100, we will take into account your bets up to €100. Considering that you have won three bets and lost two, you will receive €60 in Freebets (150% of the €40 you have lost).

Poker Bonus up to €200

With your first deposit at Winamax, you will receive a poker bonus of the same value as your deposit, up to a maximum of €200. We will credit your Winamax account in instalments of 10% of the value of the bonus as and when you earn Miles you need to play poker (Miles are the loyalty points you earn for playing at Winamax).

To get a €1 bonus, you need to earn 30 Miles. Therefore, if you deposit €100 in your first deposit, we will credit your account with €10 when you have earned 300 Miles, another €10 with the next 300 Miles, and so on until you earn €100 for earning a total of 3,000 Miles.

General Regulations

1. You can benefit from this promotion with your first deposit by using the code GOAT or by expressly accepting the offer that will appear on the deposit screen if you are eligible.
2. Deposits of less than €15 and deposits made by bank transfer will not be eligible for the promotion.
3. To receive the Freebets corresponding to your losing bets and the poker bonus amounts, your account must be fully validated. If the account is not validated, they will be put on hold.
4. This offer is valid only once per user, terminal (computer, tablet or mobile), postal address, bank card (deposit or attempted deposit) or bank account. It is reserved only for players who have never made a deposit into a Winamax account (including closed accounts).
5. Offer valid from Friday, 19 April 2024 at 15:00.
6. For security reasons, this offer is not valid for players who are not residents of Spain, for connections from abroad by a VPN, or for those who have multiple deviced connections pior to their first deposit.
7. Winamax reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate this offer or these regulations at any time and for any reason.

Refund Regulations for Losing Bets

1. Winamax refunds 150% of losing bets, limited to the amount of the deposit and up to €100, making a maximum total of €150 of Freebets.
2. Void bets, Cashouts (full or partial) and system bets will count towards the total amount of bets placed, but will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Single bets, accumulator bets and MyMatch bets will be taken into account.
4. Bets placed with Freebets will not be eligible for a refund.
5. All bets placed, up to the amount of the deposit, will be taken into account, regardless of the outcome, but only losing bets will be refunded. In other words, if you deposit €100, we will count all your bets up to €100, but we will only refund you for losing bets.
6. If you place a bet on an event that will take place in more than 30 days or whose outcome will be known in more than 30 days, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, it will be taken into account up to the amount of your deposit.
7. If you place a bet for more than the total amount of your first deposit, your bet will be partially refunded. For example, you deposit €100 and, after winning your first bet of €50, you place a second bet of €200, if this second bet is a losing bet, you will be refunded in Freebets 150% of the €50 that was required to complete the amount of your deposit; in other words, you will receive €75 in Freebets.
8. If you make a withdrawal request once you have made a deposit, your current bets and your next losing bets will no longer be eligible for a refund.
9. If a bet is a losing bet and is within the total, Freebets will be credited to that bet in 2 hours.

Poker Bonus Regulations

1. The value of the bonus corresponds to the amount of the first deposit at Winamax, limited to €200. For every €1 bonus the player must earn 30 Miles.
2. The bonus will be split into 10 instalments of 10% of the bonus value.
3. Only Miles earned by playing real-money poker will count towards unlocking the bonus. Miles earned by betting will not be taken into account.
4. The player has 93 days after making the deposit to unlock the bonus. After this time, bonus instalments that have not been unlocked will expire.
5. If you make a withdrawal request you will forfeit the bonus to be unlocked, which you have not completed.
6. Unlocked bonuses must be wagered or played at the poker tables before they can be withdrawn.
