Disruptions and maintenance

You can find here any information relating to any disruptive incident or scheduled maintenance on the Winamax network. This page is updated regularly.

Incident classification

MAINTENANCE

System maintenance can affect our service partially or completely. A message is sent to all players connected and all (scheduled) tournaments are deprogrammed. Any tournaments in progress are generally stopped and players are reimbursed within a maximum of 72 hours.

Maintenances take place in the mornings between 07:00 and 09:00, but generally between 08:00 and 08:30 (Central European Time).

MINOR DISRUPTION

This can cause:

• System lag
• Disconnections
• System restarts

These disruptions are quickly resolved. They do not seriously affect our game services.

SERIOUS DISRUPTION

A severe problem making access to our services difficult and sometimes almost impossible.

NETWORK INACCESSIBLE

A very severe problem making access to our services totally impossible.
