How does it work?
- Events: all NBA games.
- How it works: if the player you bet on starts the game (starting 5) but plays less than 12 minutes in total during the game, we will refund your bet.
- Eligible bets: ‘achievements’ bets on players will be settled as long as they are losing at the end of the game and the player on whom the bet was placed started the game in the starting five. “Double chance scorers” bets will be void if both players are eligible for the Starting 5 Guarantee or if they have not taken part in the game.
- Odds conditions: none.
- Max refund amount: none.

- This offer is valid only during NBA games.
- If the player does not play the full 12 minutes due to an exclusion, no refund will be given.
- “Achievements” bets only offer the “Over X” option. Bets offering both “Over X” and “Under X” options are not eligible for the Starting 5 Guarantee.
- Bets placed with real money will be refunded in cash, with no minimum amount. Bets placed with Freebets will be refunded in Freebets.
- “Double/Double” and “Triple/Double” bets are eligible for the Starting 5 Guarantee.
- In accumulator bets, the selection in question will be canceled and the odds for that selection will become 1.00.
- If a selection is canceled within a MyMatch, the entire MyMatch will be canceled regardless of the outcome (winner or loser) of the remaining selections.
- Cashout bets placed before the end of the match are not eligible for refunds.
- Boosted Odds and Big Boosted Odds will be subject to the Starting 5 Guarantee if they are eligible bets.
