Restrictions on Promotions

Maybe you have taken a look at our promotions but realised you cannot participate. There are two reasons for this:

  • Your account has recently been opened
  • You have not expressly accepted your participation in the promotions

New Participants

Following the entry into force of Royal Decree 958/2020, we will only be able to offer our promotions to participants who:

  • Have had access to real money gaming for at least 30 days
  • You have validated your account.

What does this Imply?

During this period, and until you have validated your account, you will not be able to participate in our poker or betting promotions. You will also not be able to receive Miles. However, you can still place bets or sit at our poker tables.

How do I Validate my Account?


Validating your account is very easy:

  • If you are a resident in Spain: you only have to send us your DNI (National Identity Document) or NIE or (Foreigner Identity Card).
  • If you are resident abroad: you must send us proof of identity (identity card, passport, social security card or driving licence) and proof of address.

Participants with a Validated Account

Following the regulator’s recommendations, and especially to protect the most vulnerable gamblers, participation in promotions is made optional. If you wish to continue participating you must expressly accept your participation.
