Flop

Once the first round of betting is over, and if there are at least two players in the hand the dealer will turn three cards face up up in the center of the table, also known as the board. This is called : the Flop. The cards placed on the board at the flop cards are common to all players at the table. Players will combine these community cards with their private cards, in order to make a five card hand.

With the apparition of the flop, a second round of betting begins. The first player to act is now the first player to the left of the button (previously the Small Blind). This player can either check, call, raise of fold. The same rules for betting apply to all players until the end of the hand.
