How does it work?

• Refund conditions: the player must leave the pitch during the first half (45 minutes + extra time). Substitutions during half-time or the second half will not be taken into account. 
• Eligible bets: the following pre-match or In-Play bets (including MyMatch) if the player has not yet scored or made an assist: 
  - All bets in the ‘Goalscorers’ category
  - Assist 
  - Decisive player
  - Number of assists by the player
• Odds conditions: none.
• Maximum refund amount: none.

  • This offer is valid only during the matches of the aforementioned competitions.
  • The Sub Guarantee takes precedence over the Injury Guarantee.  . 
    •    If a competition is eligible for both the Injury Guarantee and the Sub Guarantee (e.g., LaLiga) and a bet type is eligible for both guarantees (e.g., “Goalscorer”) ➜ In this case, only the Sub Guarantee will apply.
    •  However:
      - the ‘Player scores 2 or more goals’ in LaLiga is eligible for the Injury Guarantee (because this type of bet is not eligible for the Sub Guarantee). 
      - The “Goalscorer in the Match” bet in the J-League is also eligible for the Injury Guarantee (because the competition is not eligible for the Sub Guarantee but is eligible for the Injury Guarantee). 
    • A bet can only be eligible for one guarantee. The logo of the eligible guarantee will be displayed on the bet.  
  • If a player is sent off (direct red card or two yellow cards), no refund will be given.
  • If a bet was already a loser before the player's departure, no refund will be made.
  • If a bet is a winner due to a goal or assist before the player leaves the field, no refund will be made.
  • Bets on goalscorers/assist providers/decisive players within a MyMatch will also be eligible and therefore refunded. 
  • If a selection is canceled within a MyMatch, then the entire MyMatch will be refunded regardless of the outcome (winner or loser) of the remaining selections. 
  • Multi-option bets (double chance, triple chance, or MyMatch) on goalscorers, assist providers, and decisive players are also eligible for the Injury Guarantee. For a multi-option bet to be refunded, all players selected in the multi-option must fall into one of the following two categories: 
    - the player did not play in the first half
    - The Injury Guarantee applies to the player.
  • With accumulator bets, the selection in question will be canceled and the odds for that selection will become 1.00.
  • Cashout bets placed before the player's departure are not eligible for refunds.
  • Boosted Odds and Big Boosted Odds will be refunded if they are eligible bets. 
  • The Injury Guarantee  is not eligible for Multifootball.
