Conditions
1. Introduction
Winamax and the National Poker Circuit ("Circuito Nacional de Póker", hereinafter referred to as the CNP) have signed a partnership to join forces.
Thus, Winamax will be organising frequent online satellites for the CNP tournaments, as well as for the League and the CAP (Campeonato Andaluz de Poker). This will be open to all players in Spain registered on Winamax.es.
In order to participate in these qualifying tournaments, players must have a nominative and fully validated Winamax account (all the necessary documents must have been validated).
Only persons of legal age who are not registered in the RGIAJ can open a Winamax account.
Participation in the satellites implies acceptance of these rules and the Winamax.es Terms and Conditions.
2. Qualification system
CNP
Steps
Winamax will organize tournaments called Steps during the week, where the prizepool will guarantee several tickets (valued at €50) for the online CNP satellites.
These tickets will be credited directly to the player's account and can only be used to register for the CNP satellite tournaments.
Tickets won in the Steps will be valid for 3 months from the date they are obtained. The player must use them within this period. If the tickets have not been used after 3 months, the player will not be able to claim any compensation.
CNP satellites
Winamax will also run CNP satellites during the week, which will guarantee tickets (worth €550) to the CNP step of the player's choice.
Players who win a CNP ticket will be contacted via email to process their registration for the live step.
Tickets are nominative and cannot be transferred or exchanged for tournament tickets or cash.
Tickets are valid for one year from the moment they are obtained. If after this time the player has not used the ticket, the ticket will expire and the player will not be able to claim any compensation.
Other promotions
Winamax reserves the right to run various promotions from time to time at its sole discretion, and on a commercial basis, either to win tickets to the CNP online satellite or to win CNP tickets.
Liga / CAP
Winamax will run weekly satellites, which will guarantee tickets (worth €250) for the League or CAP Step of the player's choice.
Players who win a CNP ticket will be contacted via email to process their registration for the live step.
Tickets are nominative and cannot be transferred or exchanged for tournament tickets or cash.
Tickets are valid for one year from the moment they are obtained. If after this time the player has not used the ticket, the ticket will expire and the player will not be able to claim any compensation.
3. Entries for the CNP / Liga / CAP steps
Once you win your entry for a step, you will be contacted by the organisers to send over your details and select the step you wish to play.
You can check the schedule of the different steps at any time from the Winamax website.
In the event of any changes to the schedule (both dates and steps), Winamax and CNP undertake to update the information as soon as possible and to inform players who have chosen the step in question of the change.
However, Winamax and CNP cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred by a player (accommodation, transport, etc.) if a step is cancelled or modified.
Winamax reserves the right to cancel a qualified player's entry if it is found that it was obtained after a violation of our Terms and Conditions (account sharing, chip dumping, collusion...).
Players can change their step by contacting the organisers by e-mail.
Tickets are nominative and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or tournament tickets.
Once a player has won a ticket, they will have one year to use it.
Players can accumulate several tickets for the same step, and if they are not used, they can be used for one of the following steps.
Players can combine two CNP tickets (each worth €550) to play a High Roller (buy-in is €1,100).
League / CAP tickets cannot be used to play the CNP tournaments and their use is limited to any League / CAP step.
Winamax undertakes to forward the details of qualified players (name, surname, date of birth and ID number) to the various casinos for registration.
Players will have to undergo an identity check to access the casino and a subsequent identity check by the organisers to redeem their ticket.
Winamax cannot be held responsible if the player is prevented from accessing the casino or if they are banned from the casino.
Unless otherwise specified in any promotion, all expenses related to participation in the tournament (transport, accommodation...) will be covered by the player.
In no case will the NPC or Winamax be responsible for any problems that the player may encounter during his trip (flight cancellations, lost luggage...).
4. Duties of the qualified player
Qualified players must wear the Winamax logo during the tournament. The logos of other poker rooms are strictly forbidden for qualified players. The logo of poker clubs or poker communities will be tolerated with the agreement of the organizer. Qualified players give their image free of charge and authorize their image to be used on our social networks or other communication devices.
5. Poker conditions
Unless otherwise stated, all tournaments will be played in Texas Hold'em No Limit format.
5.1 Online conditions
The rules of the online satellites will be those in force by Winamax on the day of the tournament.
5.2 Live conditions
In the different steps, the international rules of the TDA (Tournament Director's Association) apply.
A copy of the rules will be made available to the players.
Tournaments will be run by a Tournament Director and his assistants (called floor managers).
They will intervene to arbitrate in any disputes arising in the tournament according to the established rules.
The ultimate decision shall rest with the Tournament Director. Their decisions shall be immediately and irrevocably enforceable.
6. Rule changes
The most recent and applicable rules will be those enforced and available to read on Winamax.es
