How does it work?

The "cancel bet" feature allows the player to cancel a bet placed and validated within 2 minutes of validation.

The player must manually activate this feature by clicking on "Cancel this bet" on the bet concerned from their “current bets” section.

The feature is available a maximum of 5 times within 24 hours of the first cancellation.

Important: You will not be able to use this feature for bets eligible for the Combo Booster.

Real Money and Freebet bets are eligible for the feature. Bets placed in Real Money are credited in full in real money and those placed in Freebets are credited in full in Freebets.

The feature will not be available in the following cases:

• The 2-minute time limit after bet validation has been exceeded.
• One of the selections in the bet is no longer available on the site (including within a MyMatch).
• One of the selections in the bet is In-Play.
• One of the matches in the bet has started.
• The player has already cancelled a bet involving one of the matches in the new bet within the last 24 hours.
• The bet is a system bet.
• The bet is from an Enhance or partial Cashout.

Winamax reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or remove this feature at any time and for any reason. Any misuse may result in penalties.
